2024 Wolverines Football & Cheer Pep Rally tonight! We can’t wait until our first game of the Season this Sunday at Browns Corner 🏈 Kick off 9:00am !

Cheer paperwork is also due tonight (uniform handout will be at a later date).
Please make sure you have all of the following paperwork handed in!
o 2024 CTYFL Registration Form
o Physician's statement of consent to play sports (Page 2 of CTYFL registration form).
o Current picture of child attached to CTYFL registration form (upper right corner)
o Copy of most recent school report card
o Copy of birth certificate (do not bring us originals).
o Signed 'Heads Up' concussion form
o Signed parent/guardian code of conduct
o Signed athlete code of conduct
o Signed disciplinary form
o Signed volunteer form and a check for $75.00 (this will be returned to you once your volunteer hours are complete).
