Winter football league
Congratulations! You have been chosen as a prospect to the Wolverines Winter Football Team. This letter serves as an invite to the Wolverines winter full contact 7v7 team. This gives us the opportunity to keep our players active during the off season and affords coaches the opportunity to keep relationships with players, building towards a successful future.
Players:
For A team, eligible players must currently be in 7th or 8th grade. There are no weight requirements.
Our team will consist of 12 players. Positions include: 1 QB, 4 WR, 3 RB, 4 OL/DL, no TE’s.
Equipment:
Equipment will be supplied by the Wolverines.
Season Dates:
Every Sunday, from March 1st to April 4th, 2026. (Easter Sunday is April 5th so the final game will
be played on Saturday, April 4th).
Practice:
Practices will be held every Wednesday, from 6-8pm at the Brodie Park Fieldhouse in New Hartford.
Game Location: All games will be held at: CT Sportsplex Bubble, 216 Foxon Road, North Branford, CT.
Game Times: The league is working on the final schedule but games are typically held between 11am and
5pm.
Cost:
$255 per player. All costs need to be paid to the coaches before season in January. Please send a check for payment.
